We endevour to ensure that orders received before 1pm are packed and dispatched on the same day.

For orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, we endeavour to disptach on the next available business day, subject to order volumes, or at the latest within 2 working days. We accept no liability for the delays of orders due to circumstances beyond our control which may include strikes, adverse weather conditions or other situations that may cause unavoidable delivery issues. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will endeavour to contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.
